Description
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking to appoint an established healthcare sector supply chain or principal contractor to partner with and construct a nuclear medicine facility.
The site is located at Glan Clwyd Hospital, situated approximately four miles to the south of Rhyl town. It is relatively central to the hospital campus and immediately adjacent to the Radiology department and North Wales Cardiac Centre.

Competitive flexible procedure description
A tender pack is be issued under a competitive flexible procedure. Bidders will receive both the technical and commercial envelopes simultaneously at the start of the tender process. Technical responses must be returned within five weeks, and commercial responses within seven weeks. Following the return of technical responses, interviews will not be directly scored but may be used to clarify or revise technical scores. There will be no elimination or shortlisting for the commercial/interview stages based on the technical submissions.
