The requirement is to evaluate and understand whether the Shaping Places programme has been successful in supporting the application of complex systems approaches at a local level to influence the wider determinants of health .

The objectives of the evaluation are to undertake a mixed methods approach to evaluate the application of complex systems approaches and understand the degree of impact the programme has had on influencing wider determinants of health at a local level.

This procurement will be of interest to consultancies and academic partners as this is a known gap in the research literature.
