Description
The University are undertaking Pre-Market engagement for the procurement for the provision of:
Lot 1: Project and Cost Management Services - Appointment of one Consultant
Lot 2: Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Services - Appointment of one Consultant
For the relocation of specialist lab facilities to the Henry Welcome Building.
The objectives for the engagement are:
To establish the level of interest in the scheme
Identify any common concerns or queries

The University are able to offer Teams meetings of 30 minutes duration to discuss the project. These meetings are not mandatory, if you are interested in the project but unable to attend the meeting, please register your interest to enable us to plan the procurement. If you have any questions but are unable to attend, please submit them with your registration of interest.

Consultants interested in attending a Teams meeting must send an expression of interest via the In-Tend Portal. Once registered please complete the registration form and return via the correspondence function within the system. Please provide at least two dates and times when you are available, slots will be offered on a first come first served basis.
We also have another project which is undergoing pre-market engagement (CU.2016.JP Residential New Build), if you are interested in both projects please register your interest for both, but only one meeting will be required.
All presentation documentation, questions and answers will be published against the opportunity on the Portal following the engagement meetings.
