CITB is extending the England Construction Opportunities (‘ECO 25’), for a further 12 months in 25/26, with a provision for a further 12-month extension into 26/27 that supports through mentoring:

a.new entrants recently employed in the construction industry;

b.any prison leaver whether the individual has been employed in construction before;

c.Agency workers who progress to a Construction Apprenticeship;

d.returners that have been out of the construction Industry for over 12 months; or

e.Individuals wanting a career change to achieve a sustained employment in the construction industry.
