A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

The Participating Board works closely with local communities, public bodies, third sector organisations and our suppliers to achieve these aims. Suppliers should demonstrate a willingness to support the Participating Board and where possible demonstrate how they can further help NHSL in achieving these aims through internal sustainability policies and procedures and commitments, commitment to Fair Work First, and involvement in community benefit initiatives. Commitments made regarding sustainability and community benefits will be monitored as a KPI throughout the contract and suppliers will be required to show evidence of progress or achievement of these commitments.
