The development and mobilisation requirements of the community mental health element of the Leeds Tobacco Dependence Treatment Service (TDTS) (called 'Leeds Stop Smoking Service') in preparation for commencing delivery in April 2025. This element aims to engage with and provide specialist, evidence-based behavioural change interventions, tailored to support people with a common mental health illness (CMHI), either diagnosed or self-reported, in the community, who may wish to stop smoking and who may need additional support due to their mental health.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations
