The contract is for a period of 3 years from 1st April 2025.

The lifetime value of the contract is £252,387.00.

six.3) Additional information

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

This provider has been awarded this contract to maintain service continuity. The service cannot be procured without clear understanding of future alignment with system plans.
MKUCS will be able to provide much required stability and administrative oversight of the contract in readiness of procurement. This is reflected in the length of the contract.

The BLMK ICB Chiefs (Executives) gave approval of this in April 2025 at the scheduled Investment Oversight Group Meeting. Conflicts of interest have been managed in line with the ICB's Conflict of Interest and Standards of Business Conduct Policy.
