This is a notice to the market for an in person market engagement event on a planned future Service procurement under the Healthcare Service Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The service is a Parent-Infant Mental Health Service. This service for Kent will engage with families embedding support and helping form healthy relationships with their infant.

Clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, specialist infant mental health practitioners, psychotherapists, website and app designers will bring a range of skills to help deliver this new and groundbreaking service for Kent.

You will be flexible in your approach to meet the differing needs of our population including children in deep poverty as well as neurodivergent parents. The use of screening tools such as GAD 7, PHQ9 and MORS to measure (along with clinical triage and intervention) to identify need and the appropriate response, pathway and level of intervention required.

The service will work as a team supporting families with identified needs who may have been referred by the health visiting service, accredited VIG practitioners and trained baby massage practitioners.

The themes of this workshop will focus on:

• designing a procedure, conditions of participation or award criteria;

• preparing the tender notice and associated tender documents;

• identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the goods, services or works required;

• building capacity among suppliers in relation to the contract being awarded.

We welcome you to join us Tuesday 21st January 2025 10:30am-12:00pm for an in person event to come together with other agencies for an opportunity to collaborate together on how they together could deliver this service.
