The provision of a Contractor to provide a proactive and reactive Lift Maintenance Service throughout GMP's estate.

The maintenance services shall be fully comprehensive, and only specific exclusions shall apply as stated within the tender document.

The Contractor shall allow for supplying all management and supervision, labour, materials, tools, plant, access equipment, landing barriers (to be kept on site), testing equipment (including specialist tools & equipment), notices and first aid arrangements necessary for the complete execution of the work and provide a planned preventative maintenance regime with repairs and/or renewals as required in order to maintain the optimum performance and availability of the equipment.
