BlueLight Commercial are issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) and a market engagement invitation to inform the market of the intention to establish a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Framework which will support with automation efficiencies within Policing across England and Wales. BlueLight Commercial are working in collaboration with the Home Office and the National RPA Programme which is led by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) and supported by 3 pathfinder forces Lancashire Constabulary, Avon & Somerset Constabulary and West Midlands Police. We would like to invite you to join a market engagement session where we will be providing further details on the establishment of an automation framework specifically to support policing, which will cover software licences, professional services and specialist resources. This session is intended as awareness, communication, and informing the market of the objectives of the framework, the tendering process and key timescales

This session will be held via Microsoft Teams on Friday 10th January 2025, 10:00am. The event will be limited to 2 people per organisation, if you would like to register your interest to attend, please do so via email to nationalict@bluelight.police.uk by 5pm on Tuesday 7th January 2025. It should be noted that this PIN invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in this market engagement only to inform a subsequent procurement exercise, and it is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. BlueLight Commercial are utilising an electronic tendering portal (In-Tend) to manage this PIN and as such interested individuals and organisations will need to register on the portal to express their interest.
