Agreement for the Provision of Ergonomic Assessments and Associated Furniture.

Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) and Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) are seeking to establish a contract for the provision of individual ergonomic assessments, furniture recommendations, delivery, fitting, installation, aftercare support and end of life management (retrieval, re-use, recycle and disposal), for its military and civilian personnel, based at sites or at individual homes in the United Kingdom. Individual ergonomic assessments are required for those personnel who as part of a reasonable adjustment and/or medical conditions and/or posture needs, require reasonable adjustments of furniture to meet orthopaedic or posture needs (meaning those related to weight or height).
