two.2.4) Description of the procurement

SWS’s Half Hourly electricity portfolio currently consists of 600 supply points

across different sites with total annual usage circa 370GWh making SWS one of

the largest energy users in South of England. Historically, the demand shape could

be considered relatively flat/stable and whilst it is SWS’s ambitions to increase the

renewable generation during the term of this Framework Agreement, the overall

HH demand has potential to increase as well. Any significant demand fluctuations

or changes expected during the term of supply will be shared with the Service

Provider as soon as practicable.

The scope of this tender includes (but is not limited to) the following services:

• Half Hourly Electricity Supply to all relevant SWS’s sites as per our portfolio

documentation (see HH portfolio data included with the tender documents)

• Additions of sites (e.g. new connections and change of measurement class)

• Removal of sites (e.g. decommissioning and de-energising)

• Reporting and analytics services

• Account management services

• Billing services

• Energy efficiency programmes and initiatives

• Sleeving

• REGOs

• Decarbonisation programme options

• Innovations

• Other services associated with the supply of half hourly electricity to SWS’

portfolio.
