Restoration of the Landscape including new footpaths, furniture, works to the existing car park and areas of soft landscaping.
The Contract will be for an initial period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further period or period up to a total of 3 months. The maximum contract term will therefore be 1 year and 3 months.
