Essex County Council (ECC) is exploring the development of a response to children and young people who are at risk or have been exploited. We have completed our initial analysis and now keen to engage with organisations who have experience of working with children, young people and their families to address the impacts of exploitation. This may lead to a tender opportunity depending on the final outcome of our findings. The budget for this tender is yet to be established however the opportunity we are exploring would be for an initial 2 year period.
