The aim of the Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service is to support pregnant women and their families and families with children up to

three years old, who are resident in Angus and referred to the service by Angus Council Children, Families and Justice Service or project

partners. The service will work alongside NHS services, supporting the needs assessment and will support families to access and engage

with early help that they need. Using holistic family support approaches, this will prevent the family experiencing crisis or the need for

statutory social work intervention. The service will support families with children who are resident in Angus and match them to the service

that best suits their needs.

This Contract Notice and Invitation to Tender is for the provision of a Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service (WFWSS) for families

with children who are resident in Angus, to match families with the service that best suits their needs, and engage with families who make a

request for additional support either directly or through Maternity and Health Visiting Services. This contract is planned for a 1 November

2025 start date and to be in place for 3 years with an end date of 31 October 2028.

Angus Council wishes to to invite tenders for the provision of a whole family wellbeing support service.

Attached to this Notice are copies of the Tender Documents for the Provision of the support service.

Also attached to this Notice are copies of the Tender Evaluation Matrix's for the Information of Bidders.

The contract will be for a term of 3 years.

Please note that Estimated Values given in this Notice are based on the 3 year duration.
