City of Bradford District Metropolitan Council (CBDMC) are holding a Market Engagement Event to inform the market of their plans to commission a Genetics in Communities service. The service will include the following outcomes: •Increase access to genetic information, services, counselling and testing as appropriate. •Enhance public genetic literacy to empower families to make informed reproductive choices. •Increase genetic awareness amongst health professionals and communities. •Develop and administer a workforce and family specific information giving resource. •Provide administrative support for Every Baby Matters (EBM) Genetics programme and link with wider health professionals for partnership working to support the implementation of the Genetics Every Baby Matters (EBM) programme.
