Supply of Reusable Stop Smoking Aids and Associated Products to Support Derbyshire's Live Life Better Derbyshre (LLBD) Stop Smoking Initiatives offering stop smoking quitting aids and support to Derbyshire residents to support them to quit smoking for good.
Service mobilisation to commence on 01 January 2025 for three (3) months service delivery to commence on 1 April 2025. The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with two options to extend the contract by an additional two (2) years, and a final extension period of one (1) year (3+2+2+1), up to a total of eight (8) years with an end date up to 31 December 2033. All extensions will be subject to satisfactory performance and funding. The estimated contract value per annum is up to £75,000 (exclusive of VAT).

Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended) (the Regulations). Such information should be requested from the addressee in Section 1.1. If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been successfully resolved the Regulations provide for the aggrieved parties who are of the opinion that they have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
