This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.

The award was made under an urgent circumstance as a result of the NICE publication of TA1026. As the decision has been made under urgent circumstances it will be limited to 12 months.

The decision was made by the Chief Executive in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. No conflicts of interest were identified.
