Reason for not signing contract

We have become aware of inconsistencies in the published Tender Documentation. We are committed to running a fair and transparent procurement process that gives all interested suppliers the clarity required to submit a competitive tender response. Therefore, in light of the Tender Documentation inconsistencies and the confusion this may cause, we are taking the difficult decision to terminate this procurement procedure.
