The decision makers for this process were Primary Care Commissioning and Assurance Committee.

There were no conflicts of interests declared in reaching the decision to award.

A number of key lines of enquiry (KLoEs) were mapped to the 5 Key Criteria and evidence was gathered from several sources to assess the extent to which the KLoEs had been met during the current contract.

Ocimum Healthcare Ltd have established relationships in the locality, and with the ICB team and continue to provide improved services and have an established local workforce. They also work well with partners, support patients and staff well and are responsive to necessary change.

The incumbent provider Ocimum Healthcare Ltd was considered against the 5 key criteria. These criteria were not weighted differently as they were deemed equally important for this service.
