Intention to Award Notice

NHS North West Health and Justice Team (The Relevant Authority) is intending to award the above contract from 01 April 2025 for a period of 5 years plus an option to extend by further 3 years at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance. The contract value for the total contract term is £16,952,000.

This is an existing service which has been awarded to a provider who currently delivers elements of the service via a subcontracting arrangement.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice under a competitive process. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
