Scope

Description

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) would like to invite providers to attend one of two upcoming online engagement events to learn more about the forthcoming procurement of a new Personal Care and Support (PCAS) Framework for children and young people with disabilities, and how to apply.

Event Details:

We are offering two identical online sessions to maximise accessibility. Providers only need to attend one of the following:

• Session 1: 23rd July 2025, 1:30pm to 5pm

• Session 2: 25th July 2025, 9:30am to 1pm

• Format: Online (Microsoft Teams - link will be shared upon registration)

Purpose of the Event:

This engagement is being conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 to:

• Share early information about the new PCAS Framework

• Gather provider feedback to help shape the procurement approach

• Promote transparency and equal access to the opportunity

• Support market readiness and innovation

• Share guidance on using Tender systems

Procurement Timeline:

We anticipate publishing the tender in Autumn 2025.

In the meantime, there will be interim arrangements prior to the launch of the new framework. For more information please contact Sufficiency@nctrust.co.uk.
