Framework contract for the provision of a specialist clothing system (all-in-one) for national use across the network. Each hub to self-serve. PIN to be circulated in advance to allow manufacturers to prepare samples. A compliant bid will be one that proposes a full clothing system from underlayer to coat, that all integrate seamlessly. MOPAC signoff already gained.
