The scope of the Assemblies includes final process, mechanical and EC&I design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, Factory Acceptance Testing, delivery, and installation at the Culham site, plus Site Acceptance Testing and Integrated Testing. This includes (but not limited to): installation of the equipment; agreeing and identifying tie-points for process service and electrical distribution interfaces; agreeing and identifying other process interfaces. The Contractor must undertake Factory Acceptance Testing. The commissioning of the fully integrated subsystems shall be carried out by the UKAEA Operations team with support from the Systems Integrator and The Contractor. During inactive commissioning all operations will be tested, and the plant performance assessed under a wide range of expected operating conditions. The Contractor shall provide, People Rates for assisting with commissioning.
