NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS England (East of England) (the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to submit proposals for the provision of Integrated Healthcare Services in Norfolk prisons and Liaison and Diversion service in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Competitive process is inclusive of the following 2 lots:

Lot 1: Norfolk prisons consisting of HMP Bure, HMP Wayland and HMP Norwich
Lot 2: Liaison and Diversion (L&D) Services in Norfolk and Suffolk.

As a result of this Competitive Process, a Contract will be awarded with the successful Provider for a period of 4 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for 1 + 1 years (6 years in total)

The Service will commence on 01/04/2026. The successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 01/04/2026.

The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Standard Contract
