The information documents provided through this market engagement process are being made publicly available to any organisations interested in providing solutions to meet the requirement of the West Midlands Image Network (WMIN) for a Converged Digital Imaging Platform (CDIP). This market engagement process is being facilitated by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (the “Authority”) on behalf of WMIN.

The purpose of this premarket engagement is to build on from the responses of the previous Market Engagement exercise (Prior Information Notice reference 2024/S 000-030528 published 24th September 2024) and help the WMIN to prepare for the forthcoming CDIP procurement and engage stakeholders from the provider Trusts.

The format of this premarket engagement includes the following:

1. Response to written questions
2. Live Demonstration/Presentation [slots available for suppliers to choose from on slots on 24th, 25th, 28th , 29th and 30th Jan]
3. Feedback on Specification

Completed written responses should be submitted using the Health Family Single eCommercial System (Atamis) no later than 12:00 on 13/01/2024. Written responses shall include a potential bidders' responses to both the questions in the response document and completion of the response fields within the OBS spreadsheet.

Potential bidders who wish to take the opportunity to provide a presentation/demonstration to WMIN must confirm their intentions and availability concerning the dates/slots provided by no later than 12:00 on 17/12/2024 via the Health Family Single eCommercial System (Atamis) messaging function. The Authority intends to confirm slots allocated on 18/12/2024.
