CPU5576 Integrated Wellbeing Service - Nottingham Contract Modification Notice published under PSR.

Nottingham City Council sought experienced organisations to deliver an Integrated Wellbeing Service (IWS). The contract amalgamates a range of health improvement interventions into one service model. including Stop Smoking, Weight Management and Physical Activity. The Council commissioned a prime provider model, which is responsible for delivering the service functions in an innovative, dynamic, and flexible manner to residents across Nottingham.

From 1 January 2024, this contract falls under the Provider Selection Regime regulations.

Grant funding is to be received from the DSHC annually for five years for delivery of

additional support to current smokers to quit. This is to be added to the Integrated Wellbeing

Service to deliver this additional requirement under the existing contract. The current

modification requires an additional £545,215 to be added to the contract for the financial

year 2025/26.

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

From 1 January 2024, this contract falls under the Provider Selection Regime regulations.

additional support to current smokers to quit. This funding became available after award of the Integrated Wellbeing contract.
