The evaluation panel consisted of subject matter experts from NHS BNSSG ICB, independent experts, locality leads, general practice representation and patient representatives who took part in the evaluation process.
Each member of the evaluation panel was required to complete, sign and return conflict of interest and confidentiality forms prior to the evaluation of bids.

Bidders were required to meet the completeness and compliance requirements detailed within the ITT documentation and pass any mandatory “Pass/Fail” criteria (including all questions in the SQ), in order for their quality and financial responses to be assessed.
