Description

NHS Supply Chain intends to launch a National Framework Agreement for the provision of Anaesthesia Machines, Ventilator Equipment, Neonatal Equipment, Phototherapy Devices (Adult & Paediatric) and Related Accessories and Services.

This includes the following requirements which have been sub-divided

into Lots:

Lot 1: Anaesthesia Machines and Related Accessories and Services

Lot 2: Ventilator Equipment and Related Accessories and Services

Lot 3: Anaesthesia Gas Capture devices and Related Accessories and Services

Lot 4: Neonatal Incubators and Neonatal Phototherapy Devices and Related Accessories and Services

Lot 5: Adult and Paediatric Phototherapy Devices and Related Accessories and Services

It is anticipated that the initial expenditure will be in the region of £65,000,000 in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. Estimated value over the 3 year Framework Agreement will be in the region of £195,000,000. There will be an option to extend the Framework for a further year. If the extension period will be utilised, then the total value of the Framework across the 4 year would be £260,000,000.

Lot Lot 1. Anaesthesia Machines and Related Accessories and Services

Description

This Lot is for the supply of anaesthesia machines and related accessories. Products within this Lot include;

Low acuity without ventilator wall mounted anaesthesia machines;

Low Acuity without Ventilator anaesthesia machines;

Low Acuity with Ventilator anaesthesia machines;

Mid acuity electronic anaesthesia machines with ventilator;

Mid acuity conventional anaesthesia machines with ventilator;

High acuity anaesthesia machines with ventilator; and

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) with ventilator anaesthesia machines.

Related accessories and services include, but shall not be limited to;

Any other products associated with the supplied equipment (machine), for example trolleys, cables, patient circuits, mounting bracket or any other option or accessory.

Description

This Lot is for the supply of Ventilator equipment and related accessories. Products within this Lot include;

Ventilators for use in intensive care;

Ventilators for use in intensive care for neonatal/paediatric;

Non-invasive Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) ventilators for in hospital use;

Ventilators for transport/portable use and for intra-hospital and/or external use;

Ventilators for prehospital use;

Jet Ventilators; and

Microvent resuscitaire.

Related accessories and services include, but shall not be limited to;

Any other products associated with the supplied equipment (machine), for example trolleys, cables, flow sensors or any other option or accessory.

Closed Incubators;

Radiant warmers with beds;

Radiant warmers without beds;

Combined incubator and warmer systems;

Warmers with integrated resuscitation systems;

Transport incubators without ventilators;

Transport incubators with integrated ventilators;

Jaundice meters;

Neonatal Phototherapy devices;

Optimal cord management device; and

Low acuity Infant Incubator.

Related accessories and services include, but shall not be limited to;

Any other products associated with the supplied equipment (machine), for example trolleys, cables, patient probes, medical air hoses or any other option or accessory.

Related accessories and services include, but shall not be limited to;

Any other products associated with the supplied equipment (systems), for example power cables (single or three phase) or any other option or accessory.
