The physics and astronomy department at the University of Exeter has a requirement for a thin film deposition system, capable of depositing a wide array of materials, including, metals, semiconductors and dielectrics. The system should have a robust stainless steel chamber, high throughput vacuum system and be computer controlled.

The system should also have the capability to perform reactive ion sputtering using nitrogen and/or oxygen gases.
