Description
This opportunity is for planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance relating to ventilation and cooling systems and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) to include call out facility. Reactive maintenance is required so that when breakdowns do occur they can be attended to and rectified as effectively as possible. A 24 hour, 7 day, 365 day emergency call out facility is also required as part of this contract. The maximum response time of is 4 hours during and outside of normal working hours.
