Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

To employ one FTE temporary Rough Sleeper Navigator to target and increase capacity and improve outcomes within the treatment and recovery system for 12 months.

Total value to cover temporary post one off payment of £49,848.00

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not

apply to this Modification and comes under the Provider Selection Regime, the services are

for Rehabilitation, CPV Code, 85312500-4.

This is a permitted modification under PSR Reg 13 (1) (a) as provision was made in the

original tender documents to add additional funding to increase capacity and improve

outcomes across the treatment and recovery service. The modification does not alter the

overall nature of the current contract.
