Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC),
Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced person to be managerially responsible for the service contract and a suitably and experienced proposed service team.
Attend an initial management meeting with client to discuss details of programme delivery and communications.
Attend an annual management systems review meeting.
Initially assess buildings to identify risk systems where required
Review and where necessary conduct detailed Legionella Risk Assessments for each building comprising risk systems, in accordance with L8, to identify and assess the sources of risk from Legionella and other pathogenic microorganisms in water systems.
Assess site risk potential and audit compliance score.
Prepare a written specific management scheme for each facility identified as having risk systems, to ensure that all health risks are managed and cold and hot water systems meet the required UK regulatory standards and Legionellosis related legislation.
