(TRP) The Royal Parks anticipates that a 5 year initial contract period + 2 year extension (with mutual agreement) a fully commercial concession basis whereby the appointed caterer shall pay a concession fee on Net Sales supported by a Minimum Annual Guaranteed Sum. Capital investment will be required from the successful bidder for the refurbishment of the catering outlets.
