Anglia Ruskin University provides accommodation for students and guests in purpose-built spaces on its Cambridge, Chelmsford and Writtle Campuses. The University also owns modified street dwellings and leases and manages space from third parties in the city of Cambridge.The University is seeking a technology partner ("the Supplier/Provider") to provide residential and guest Internet services across its portfolio of accommodation.The successful Supplier/Provider will provide a "home-from-home" Internet connection experience for Users. Quality of service for each individual connection within the overall provision should be the equivalent of a typical city-suburban home broadband service, delivering Internet access with the minimum of bandwidth contention.

Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation will incorporate the statutory 10-day standstill period under Regulation 87 into the award process. UK Legislation provides a mechanism for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation's breach of the Regulations to take action in the High Court.
