The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for TC143 All Age Prevention Flexible Purchasing System (FPS).

The Flexible Purchasing System FPS will efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet needs of vulnerable people in Bolton.

The Flexible Purchasing System has been divided into the following 2 Lots:

Lot 1 – Adults Prevention Services

Lot 2 – Childrens Prevention Services

The term of the Flexible Purchasing System will be for four (4) years depending on the date the Procurement Act 2023 becomes law. This will be confirmed once the Procurement Act will become live.

It is intended for the Flexible Purchasing System to commence on 1 April 2025
