Description
The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking a supplier to evaluate the Sustainable Steps Wales: Green Careers programme from June 2025 to June 2031 (contract value: £300,000). This five-year, £10 million programme (2025-2030) will support young people aged 16-30 in Wales into green careers, with a focus on supporting young people with disabilities and those from ethnically minoritised communities.
The supplier will generate evidence to support delivery, inform key audiences, and influence decision-making. The supplier will:
1. Work with projects and the Fund to gather consistent, proportional data and evidence.
2. Conduct yearly monitoring and evaluation to assess programme delivery and impact.
3. Produce Insight Papers to share good practice, policy lessons, and achievements.
4. Actively engage decision-makers and stakeholders on behalf of the Fund, using evidence to influence policy and practice on youth employment and diversity in the green transition.
