North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS England - North East and Yorkshire Health and Justice Team (the Contracting Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Yorkshire and Humber Female Secure Estate Health Care Services for the following secure locations:
Female Prisons as follows:
• HMP New Hall (women's closed)
• HMP Askham Grange (women's open)
It is anticipated that TUPE will apply.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this service.
It is important to note that this PIN/RFI is not a call for competition and as such potential providers will need to express an interest in any future tender opportunity once a contract notice is published on Find and Tender Service and/ or on Contracts Finder, as applicable.
