Description
Newcastle City Council (NCC) has a requirement for a Project Management System (PMS) to manage the development of capital and revenue funded projects from concept through to close. The Council anticipates the Contract to be awarded by the end of October 2025 and Solution to be fully implemented with Go-Live by April 2026.
