What is included
The contractor shall design, supply all materials and components, assemble, inspect, test, package
and deliver the equipment and supporting documentation as specified in this document.
Specifically, the contractor shall supply;
• 2 remotely operated in-cave Annealing Furnaces.
• 2 out of cave control systems.
• 2 sets of umbilical cables to connect the in-cave rigs to the out of cave control systems.
• 2 sets of gas bottles and manifolds for inert gas.
• Design documentation for the Annealing Furnaces in accordance with the contractor’s own
quality management system procedures. For example, drawings, calculations, design risk
assessments, basis of design etc.
• Quality plan.
• Programme of work and monthly progress reports.
• Factory acceptance test schedule.
• A technical file with a Declaration of Conformity that CE or UKCA marks the Annealing Furnaces
• Lifetime quality records file.

What is included
