seven.2) Information about modifications
seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
A Contract Award Notice (https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:242175-2018:TEXT:EN:HTML&src=0) was published upon conclusion of the procurement on 6th June 2018, with a "total value of the contract/lot" of £3,440,236.00. Defra have made several modifications to the contract which has increased the total value of the contract/lot to £9,253,267.94. All contract modifications were/are based on the original scope set out in the contract notice (https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:341849-2017:TEXT:EN:HTML&src=0).
Defra wishes to declare that the cumulative final value of this contract is anticipated to be £9,253,267.94, with the contract expiring no later than 30th June 2024.
For information, a replacement contract was competitively procured in 2022 as set out in the contract award notice (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/033549-2022).
