The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime.
Planned Healthcare capacity support contract from the existing Independent Sector provider, to cover the safe exit of the existing service.
Maximum term of contract 1 year from 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Estimated activity and exit to be concluded within 6 months, however maximum term applied in case of delays or unforeseen events.

• The provider continue to meet the necessary key criteria used to evaluate the current service and the impact of the exit of service. Pioneer continue to provide the required assurances over quality, patient experience, system working and provider relationships, clinical governance, effective policies and value for money.
• This service exit arrangement applies to activity for patients who have already had their pathway of care transferred via IPT from MYTT to Pioneer. To appoint another provider at this stage would result in delays to treatment, may induce negative patient experience and would require additional financial spend and governance controls, which not represent best value for money for the ICB.
