two.1.4) Short description

NHS Arden Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGSCU) on behalf of NHS England Health and Justice Children and Young People Central Team (the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to manage a Clinical Network for the sites that NHS England commissions within the children and young people secure estate.

All interested providers are invited to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire. Please note the deadline for expressions of interest is 12:00PM (Midday) on 26 January 2024. Service commencement date would be expected to be 01 April 2024.

This is purely an early engagement exercise; any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when published.

If more than one compliant provider registers an interest for this opportunity, meets the requirements set out in this Notice and the questionnaire then NHS England may set out details for a competitive process. Should only one provider register an interest and meet the requirements, NHS England reserve the right to award to that provider without further publication following due diligence checks.

This is a market testing exercise and does not commit the Commissioners to carry out a procurement process. Please see additional documents within the e-tendering system.

The contract length is 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The estimated total value of this opportunity is £370,800.
