Bristol Waste Company is seeking to award a Contract for Landfill Disposal of Non-Hazardous Waste (collected as part of its waste collection and waste disposal municipal and commercial contracts) for an Initial Term of 2 years with an option for BWC to extend the Contract on one or more occasions up to a further 2 years.
Bristol Waste Company has a statutory duty to collect and arrange for the receipt and disposal of household waste and other waste on behalf of Bristol City Council and arising within Bristol City Council. This includes domestic waste collected direct from householders at the kerbside and that taken to its Household Recycling Reuse Centres. Bristol Waste Company has three Recycling Centres for residents to bring bulkier household waste for disposal and operates two commercial transfer stations.
