This includes general clearance of large items and rubbish, deep cleaning, and trauma cleaning. As well as clear and clean services, the requirement may also extend to minor repairs, a garden tidy, emptying of bins, stair cleaning, pest control, and sharps removal.

TUPE – The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 give effect to the EC Acquired Rights Directive 1977.
