This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to two separate, but complementary, Lots:

1. build a Short Straits Traffic Digital Twin (covering all key UK public routes and their dependencies); and

2. agile delivery of an alpha phase to prototype a technology-based traffic management system in Kent for HGVs travelling outbound via the Short Straits.

Suppliers are welcome to apply for one or both Lots, but applications will be treated and assessed separately.
