Lincolnshire County Council are looking for a business-oriented, fully integrated suite of occupational health services designed to support and maintain a healthy workforce and facilitate employees return to work following sickness. In addition to delivering a comprehensive, professional, and timely service for all employees, the Council require a proactive, commercially minded approach that offers creative and innovative solutions to meet the needs of both managers and staff. This service will enable the Council to fulfil operational requirements and uphold their common law and statutory responsibilities for employee health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Lincolnshire County Council intends to procure a Service Provider to establish a contract for Occupational Health Services, commencing on 1st April 2026.
The purpose of this contract is to secure a comprehensive range of Occupational Health Services. To inform the procurement process, the Council seeks to better understand the options available in the market.
Suppliers are invited to complete the pre-market engagement questionnaire, which is published alongside this Prior Information Notice (PIN) in the Pro-Contract tender box. Completed questionnaires must be submitted through the Pro-Contract messaging portal by 12:00 pm on 5th December 2024.
The Council may request clarifications on Supplier submissions or undertake further market engagement activities. These could include additional questionnaires, events, site visits, or face-to-face meetings.
Please note, this is a PIN and not a call for competition. The full details of the procedure, scope, and quantity of the required services will be developed and refined through this call for market involvement.
