two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking to engage with a supplier for the provision of post deal management of the exclusive licence agreement between the Trust and a 3rd party provider.


Estimated activities to include (but not limited to):
1. Support the limited rights licence agreement for the use of PC-PCR (Reverse complement polymerase chain reaction) technologies.
2. Review the licence agreement and define all quarterly and annual licencor and licensee obligations, with timelines associated, to ensure obligation compliance is visible.
3. Review the 3rd party providers quarterly and annual development, commercialisation programme and financial submissions.
4. Complete online data research to access on the Trusts 3rd party providers products and services and back correlate to financial reporting ensuring no under-reporting.
5. Identify and support the exploitation of new markets for the Trusts 3rd party provider products.
6. Agree with the Trust financial reporting templates and quarterly preparation thereof for reporting into the Trust’s management chains.
7. Liaison with third party legal advisers as required.
