Description

The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CVUHB) is seeking to appoint a sole suitably qualified from experienced car park management service provider to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused parking solution that meets the needs for the Health Board, Staff, Patients, and Local community.

Total value (estimated)

  • £100,000 excluding VAT
  • £120,000 including VAT

  • 6 October 2025 to 6 October 2030
  • Possible extension to 4 November 2032
  • 7 years, 30 days

Description of possible extension:

extension options of 24 months to be enacted at yearly intervals at the sole discretion of the Health Board.
