East Suffolk Council ("ESC", "the Council") requires a Security Service provider to manage a tower block building in Lowestoft. This relates to St. Peter Court (SPC), a 16-storey residential tower block, located in central Lowestoft. The building comprises 90 x 2-bedroom flats with a single central stair and lift core. In addition, ESC requires ad hoc security services (of a similar nature) to mobilise and deploy 24 hour guarding duties within 48 hours' notice from ESC.
